We just got back from our Cate family vacation. First we went to Boise, ID for 4 days and then we went to Seattle to visit our friends Ryan & Amanda.
I think most of you will remember last year when Jason's cousin, Lonna, past away. She lost her battle with lung cancer and now she's gone way before her time. Well, on August 7th her family went to Boise to spread her ashes in the place that she loved best... Lucky Peak. It was a very nice Memorial even though it was a cold and rainy day on the lake, but I think Lonna would have liked it because we all had the whole lake to ourselves :) After her ashes were spread we finished the day off with tuna fish sandwiches (her favorite) and smores by the fire. Wish she could have been there, but we know she was there in spirit.
